Shipping & Handling
We ship via UPS ground with takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping is available as well for an additional charge. The shipping charges are calculated in the checkout. For an estimate in shipping charges just go to the checkout and enter your address and the charges will appear. You can always go back or cancel the order at this step. Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days.
If you'd like to make changes to the shipping address after the order has been placed then please let us know. To ship to multiple addresses it is easiest to separate the transactions.
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14 day return policy. All returned items must be in original packaging and in original condition. A refund will be made in accordance with original payment method. If an item is damaged in shipping please let us know so that we can rectify the problem as soon as possible. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Gift Wrapping
Please include any gift wrapping requests in the comment section at the checkout page. All our gift wrapping is complimentary and be sure to check out the greeting cards to complete the gift.
Out of Stock
Due to the unique and exclusive nature of some of our products you may find that some them are out of stock. We do try to re-order to keep up with the demand if possible. Feel free to email any inquiries to us about availability or if you like to special order any items.
Sales Tax
A 8% sales tax will be added to any order shipped to an address in Illinois.
